Common use of Enforceable in all Capacities Clause in Contracts

Enforceable in all Capacities. The rights, privileges, protections, immunities and benefits given to the Indenture Trustee in this Article VI, including its right to be indemnified, are extended to, and will be enforceable by, the Indenture Trustee in each of its capacities under this Indenture and the other Series [_]-[_] Series Related Documents, including as Authenticating Agent, Note Registrar and Note Paying Agent under this Indenture and as a “securities intermediary” as defined in Section 8-102 of the UCC and a “bank” as defined in Section 9-102 of the UCC under the Series [_]-[_] Account Control Agreement.
