Common use of Enforceable Nature of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Enforceable Nature of Agreement. This Agreement and each of the documents and agreements to be delivered by Current Operator concurrently herewith or hereafter, constitute and will constitute legal, valid and binding obligations of Current Operator, enforceable against Current Operator in accordance with their respective terms, except to the extent that enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, fraudulent conveyance, moratorium, or similar laws affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally, and subject, as to enforceability, to general principles of equity (regardless of whether enforcement is sought in a court of law or equity).
