Common use of Enforceable Right Clause in Contracts

Enforceable Right. 16.1 It is expressly understood that this Agreement is for the sole benefit of CARRIER and SHIPPER and their permitted successors and assigns, and nothing in this Agreement will provide any benefit to any third party or entitle any third party to any claim, cause of action, remedy or right of any kind, it being the intent of the Parties that this Agreement will not be construed as a third-party beneficiary contract.
