Common use of Enforcement and Administration Clause in Contracts

Enforcement and Administration. The provisions of this Trust Agreement and the TDP shall be enforced by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Plan and the Confirmation Order. The Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that the Bankruptcy Court shall have continuing exclusive jurisdiction over the settlement of the accounts of the Trustees and over any disputes that arise under this Trust Agreement or the TDP.
