Enforcement and Interpretation. It is the desire and intent of the parties hereto that this Agreement be enforced to the fullest extent possible under the laws and public policies of the state of Iowa. Accordingly, if any particular provision of this Agreement is adjudicated to be invalid or unenforceable, such portion shall be deleted, and such deletion shall apply only to such provision with the remainder of the Agreement remaining valid and enforceable, to be construed in conformity with the parties’ initial intent.
