Common use of Enforcement and preservation costs Clause in Contracts

Enforcement and preservation costs. The Company shall, within ten Business Days of demand, pay to each Secured Party the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal and accountants fees) incurred by it in connection with the enforcement of or the preservation of any rights under any Finance Document and the Transaction Security and any proceedings instituted by or against the Security Trustee or any other Secured Party as a consequence of taking or holding the Transaction Security or enforcing or preserving these rights.

Enforcement and preservation costs. The Company shall, within ten five Business Days of written demand, pay to each Secured Party the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal and accountants fees) properly incurred by it that Secured Party in connection with the enforcement of of, or the preservation of any rights under under, any Finance Document and or the Transaction Security and with any proceedings instituted by or against the Security Trustee or any other that Secured Party as a consequence of it entering into a Finance Document or taking or holding the Transaction Security Security, or enforcing or preserving these those rights.

The Company shall, within ten (10) Business Days of demand, pay (or procure payment) to each Mandated Lead Arranger and each other Secured Party the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal and accountants notarial fees) incurred by it in connection with the enforcement of or the preservation of any rights under any Finance Document and the Transaction Security and any proceedings instituted by or against the Security Trustee or any other Secured Party Agent as a consequence of taking or holding the Transaction Security or enforcing or preserving these rights.

The Company shall, within ten Business Days of demand, pay to the Mandated Lead Arrangers and each other Secured Party the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal and accountants fees) incurred by it in connection with the enforcement of or the preservation of any rights under any Finance Document and the Transaction Security and any proceedings instituted by or against the Security Trustee or any other Secured Party as a consequence of taking or holding the Transaction Security or enforcing or preserving these rights.

The Company shallshall (or shall procure that a Group Member will), within ten Business Days of demand, pay to the Arrangers and each other Secured Party the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal and accountants feesfees but excluding the cost of any internal management time of the Agent or the Security Agent) incurred by it that Secured Party in connection with the enforcement of or the preservation of any rights under any Finance Document and the Transaction Security and any proceedings instituted by or against the Security Trustee or any other Secured Party Agent as a consequence of taking or holding the Transaction Security or enforcing or preserving these those rights.
