Enforcement By Agents. All rights of action under this Agreement, the Notes and the other Credit Documents shall be instituted, maintained, pursued or enforced by Agents. Any suit or proceeding instituted by any Agent in furtherance of such enforcement shall be brought in such Agent’s name without the necessity of joining any of the other Lenders. In any event, the recovery of any judgment by any Agent shall be for the ratable benefit of all Secured Parties, subject to the reimbursement of expenses and costs of such Agent.
