Common use of Enforcement by City Attorney Clause in Contracts

Enforcement by City Attorney. The City Attorney or his or her designee shall have the right to enforce all legal rights and obligations under this Agreement without further authorization. Lessee covenants to provide to the City Attorney all documents and records within Lessee's possession that the City Attorney reasonably deems necessary to assist in determining Lessee's compliance with this Agreement, with the exception of those documents made confidential by federal or state law or regulation and provided that the provision of such documents and records by Lessee shall further be limited in any respect that the provision of any documents or records by the City pertaining to this Agreement would be limited pursuant to Chapter 552, Texas Government Code, as amended, or otherwise.
