Enforcement by Court. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any court with jurisdiction over the parties shall be authorized to enforce this Agreement and compel arbitration. The court, and not the arbitrator, shall have the sole authority to determine the scope and effect of this Arbitration Agreement.
