Common use of Enforcement by Owner Clause in Contracts

Enforcement by Owner. The provisions of this paragraph (a) are made for the benefit of the Owner and the Owner's other assignees, if any, who have been specifically approved by HUD prior to the assignment. These provisions shall be enforceable by these parties against HUD by suit at law or in equity.
