Enforcement by Successors or Assigns; Survivability. The covenants and agreements contained herein shall inure to the benefit of, and may be enforced by, any legal successors or assigns of each Party and shall survive any termination of the relationship between the Parties, whether such termination is at the instance of either Party, and regardless of the reasons therefore.
