Enforcement by the County. (a) If Borrower fails to perform any obligation under this HOME Regulatory Agreement, and fails to cure the default within thirty (30) days after the County has notified Borrower in writing of the default, the County may enforce this HOME Regulatory Agreement by any or all of the following actions, or any other remedy provided by law:
