Common use of Enforcement by Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Enforcement by Third Parties. This Guaranty is entered into by the City for the benefit of any registered owners, from time to time, of the Bonds and the Bond Insurer, all of whom shall be entitled to enforce performance and observance hereof by the City to the same extent as if they were parties signatory hereto, in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth.
