Common use of Enforcement Expenses Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Expenses. (a) Each Grantor agrees, on a joint and several basis, to pay or reimburse on demand each Lender and the Administrative Agent for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including Attorney Costs) incurred in collecting against any Guarantor under the guaranty contained in Section 2 or otherwise enforcing or preserving any rights under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Enforcement Expenses. (a) Each Grantor and each Guarantor agrees, on a joint and several basis, to pay or reimburse on demand each Lender Agent and the Administrative Agent other Secured Parties for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including Attorney Costsattorneys’ fees) incurred in collecting against any Guarantor under the guaranty contained in Section 2 or otherwise enforcing or preserving any rights against any Grantor under this Agreement and or any of the other Loan Documents.

Enforcement Expenses. (a) Each Grantor agrees, on a joint and several basis, to pay or reimburse on demand each Lender and the Administrative Agent Holder for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including Attorney Costsreasonable costs and expenses of counsel) incurred by the Holder in collecting against any the Guarantor under the guaranty contained in Section 2 or otherwise enforcing or preserving any rights under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
