Common use of Enforcement Expenses Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Expenses. The Borrower shall reimburse the Agent, the Lenders and the Hermes Agent on demand on a full indemnity basis for all charges and expenses (including value added tax or any similar tax thereon and including the fees and expenses of legal advisers) incurred by the Agent, each of the Lenders and the Hermes Agent in connection with the enforcement of, or the preservation of any rights under, this Agreement and the other Security Documents.
