Enforcement of Agreement by the Released Parties. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Released Parties may recover from the Employee any loss, including attorneys’ fees and costs of defending against any claim brought by the Employee, that the Released Parties might incur which arise out of the Employee’s breach of this Agreement.
