Enforcement of Class. A-2 Swap Agreement and Class A-3 Swap Agreement. The Issuer will maintain the Class A-2 Swap Agreement and the Class A-3 Swap Agreement and will diligently enforce its rights thereunder and will not voluntarily consent to or permit any rescission of or, except as permitted by Section 11.20 hereof, consent to any amendment to or otherwise take any action under or in connection with the Class A-2 Swap Agreement or the Class A-3 Swap Agreement which in any manner will adversely affect the rights of the Holders of the Class A-2 or Class A-3 Notes from time to time.
