Enforcement of Covenants Not to Compete. The Company and each Subsidiary shall preserve, protect and defend, to the extent permitted by applicable law and to the extent commercially reasonable, all of its rights, if any, with respect to any covenant not to compete contained in any of the material contracts of such Person or contained in any employment agreement with any employee whose annual salary and other compensation payable by the Company or any Subsidiary is $100,000 or more.
