Common use of Enforcement of Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of Guarantees. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Credit Document, no Guaranteed Party shall have any right to individually enforce any guarantee of any Subsidiary Guarantor hereunder, it being understood and agreed that all powers, rights and remedies under this Agreement may be exercised solely by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Guaranteed Parties in accordance with the terms hereof. Each Guaranteed Party, whether or not a party hereto or to the Credit Agreement, will be deemed, by its acceptance of the benefits of the guarantees of the Subsidiary Guarantors hereunder, to have agreed to the provisions of this Section 5.18.
