Enforcement of Guaranties and Warranties. Owner shall furnish to Manager copies of all guaranties and warranties relating to the Project in Owner’s possession or control and will exercise all reasonable efforts to obtain and deliver to Manager copies of all such guaranties and warranties not in Owner’s possession or control. Manager shall use all reasonable efforts to enforce all such guaranties or warranties and Owner shall cooperate with Manager in such efforts.
