Enforcement of Guaranty. We shall have no obligation to proceed against Borrower or any Collateral (although We may, at Our option, so proceed) before seeking satisfaction from You, and We may proceed, prior or subsequent to, or simultaneously with, the enforcement of Our rights hereunder, to exercise any right or remedy that We may have against any Collateral as a result of any Lien We may have as security for all or any portion of the Secured Obligations. A separate action or actions may be brought and prosecuted against You whether or not an action is brought against Borrower or Borrower is joined in any such action or actions.
