Common use of Enforcement of Lease Terms Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of Lease Terms. The waiver by either party of any breach of any term condition or covenant of this Lease, during the term of Lease, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any term, condition or covenant of this lease. No delay or omission to exercise any right or power shall be construed to be a waiver of any such right or power and every right and remedy conferred under this Lease may be exercised from time to time and as often as may be deemed expedient by the holder of such right or remedy.
