Enforcement of Licensed Patent Rights; Defense of Infringement Actions. Each Party shall promptly notify the other in writing of any known or suspected Third Party infringement of any Licensed Patent Rights or if any action for a declaration of non-infringement or invalidity of Licensed Patent Rights is made by a Third Party, or if any allegation of infringement of Third Party patents is made against either Party or any Affiliates or Sublicensees as a result of the manufacture, use or sale of a Licensed Product.
