Enforcement of Mortgages. (a) The Issuer hereby directs the Servicer to service the relevant Loans and carry out its specific obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the Seller's Policy.

Enforcement of Mortgages. (a) The Issuer hereby directs the Servicer to service the relevant Loans and carry out its specific obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the Seller's Policy. Unless stated to the contrary herein or in the Transaction Documents, delinquency and default of debtors, debt restructuring, debt forgiveness, forbearance, payment holidays, losses, charge offs, recoveries and other asset performance remedies shall be defined in accordance with the Servicer’s servicing policies and procedures (including the Seller’s Policy).
