ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS. This Agreement and the Employee’s Employment Agreement (1) constitutes my entire agreement with Intelsat with respect to the subject matter hereof, (2) shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, and (3) shall inure to the benefit of Intelsat’s successors and assignees.
