Enforcement of Receivables Purchase Agreements. In its capacity as a purchaser of Receivables or interests in Receivables under a Receivables Purchase Agreement, each Seller and Additional Seller will at all times enforce the covenants and agreements of the applicable Account Owner under such Receivables Purchase Agreement.
