Common use of Enforcement of Remedies Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of Remedies. In case any one or more of the Events ----------------------- of Default specified in Section 5.1 hereof shall have occurred and be continuing, the Holder may proceed to protect and enforce his rights either by suit in equity or by action at law, for the specific performance of any covenant or provision contained herein, or proceed to enforce payment of this Note or to enforce any other legal or equitable right of the Holder of this Note; and under the Security Agreement if it is then in effect.

Enforcement of Remedies.
