Common use of Enforcement of Rights and Remedies Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of Rights and Remedies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document, Administrative Agent and the Lenders each agree that any exercise or enforcement of the rights and remedies granted to Administrative Agent or the Lenders under this Agreement or at law or in equity with respect to this Agreement or any other Loan Documents shall be commenced and maintained by Administrative Agent on behalf of Administrative Agent and/or the Lenders. Administrative Agent shall act at the direction of the Majority Lenders in connection with the exercise of any remedies at law, in equity or under any of the Loan Documents or, if the Majority Lenders are unable to reach agreement, then, from and after an Event of Default, Administrative Agent may pursue such rights and remedies as it may determine.
