Enforcement of Secured Indebtedness. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect or impair the unconditional and absolute right of Secured Party to enforce the Secured Indebtedness as and when the same shall become due in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement, whether by acceleration or otherwise.
