ENFORCEMENT OF THE PLEDGES. 5.1 Until the Security Agent gives notice to the contrary to the Pledgor, the Pledgor shall be authorised to withdraw money from the pledged accounts and to transfer monies within the ordinary course of its business and pursuant to Clause 9.2 of the Facility Agreement. The same does apply mutatis mutandis with regard to transactions concerning the pledged custody accounts.
