Common use of Enforcement of the Schedule Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of the Schedule. The parties acknowledge and agree that it is in each of their best interests to resolve the disputes subject to this Section in the shortest reasonable and feasible time. Therefore, the parties agree that the judge shall firmly but fairly enforce the schedule, using whatever tools are provided by law, including, without limitation, contempt citations and the imposition of sanctions.
