Enforcement of the Servicing Agreements. (a) The Custodian shall take all reasonable steps, actions and proceedings necessary to enforce all terms, covenants and conditions of the Servicing Agreement, and shall cause the Servicer to specify whether Collections received by it and deposited into the Collection Account represent principal or interest.
