Enforcement of Third Party Provisions. From the date of this Agreement to the Closing, the Sellers will cause each Company Entity to, at Buyer’s request, use reasonable efforts to enforce all of its rights against third Persons under any warranties, guarantees or indemnities given by such third Persons.
