Enforcement of Third Party Provisions. To the extent pertaining to the Assets and the period of time from and after the Effective Time, Sellers shall, at Purchaser’s request, use reasonable efforts to enforce, for the benefit of Purchaser, at Purchaser’s cost and expense, all of Sellers’ rights against third Persons under any warranties, guarantees or indemnities given by such third Persons.
