Enforcement of title. The Shareholders agree to take all actions as may be reasonably required by the Company to perfect or enforce the Company's title to the Intellectual Property, which shall include signing and delivering any document required in order to perfect or enforce such title (including, for the avoidance of doubt, a deed of assignment of intellectual property).
