Enforcement Proceedings. A distress, execution, attachment or other legal process is levied, enforced or sued out upon or against all or any part of the assets of any Obligor or any Principal Subsidiary which generates a material part of the revenues of that Obligor or that Principal Subsidiary except where the same is being contested in good faith or is removed, discharged or paid within 30 days.
