Common use of Enforcement towards End User Clause in Contracts

Enforcement towards End User. Partner is responsible to enter into an agreement with the End User with regard to the Products. Partner agrees to include in its agreement with the End User the provisions of the End User Agreement. Section 1 of the End User Agreement (General Provisions: i.e. remuneration, payment etc.) has not to be included in the agreement with the End User.
