Enforcement Without Possession of Bonds. All rights of action under this Indenture or any of the Bonds may be enforced and prosecuted by the Trustee without the possession of any of the Bonds or the production thereof in any suit or other proceeding relating thereto, and any such suit or proceeding instituted by the Trustee shall be brought in its own name as trustee of an express trust. Any recovery of judgment shall, after provision for the payment of the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Trustee, its agents and counsel, and subject to the provisions of Section 707 hereof, be for the equal and ratable benefit of the Owners of the Bonds in respect of which such judgment has been obtained.
