Common use of Enforcing this Agreement; Severability Clause in Contracts

Enforcing this Agreement; Severability. We may delay or waive enforcing any of our rights or exercising any of our remedies under this Agreement or under applicable law without losing any of those rights or remedies. Even if we do not enforce our rights or exercise our remedies at any one time, we may enforce or exercise them at a later time. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect or impair the validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions of this Agreement.
