ENGAGEMENT AND SERVICES OF THE CONSULTANT. 1. Engagement of Consultant. TRPA hereby engages the Consultant, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, to perform the services and provide products as set forth in Exhibit "A" (the "Services and Products").
