Engagement by Customer Sample Clauses

Engagement by Customer. Customer hereby engages Liberty to perform the Transition Services, Services, and Additional Services (if any) on behalf of the Customer with respect to the Contracts on the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, and Customer acknowledges and accepts the engagement of Liberty.
