Common use of Engagement of Consultant and Term of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Consultant and Term of Agreement. A. Client retains Consultant to assist Client in general business consulting, including introducing Client to potential business partners, introduce Client to potential acquisition or merger candidates in the form of business opportunities, assisting in a restructuring of Client's common stock, if necessary, the issuance of new shares and assisting Client in the preparation of agreements, documents, filings and other material necessary to effectuate the above services ("Consulting Services").

Client retains Consultant to assist Client in general business consulting, including introducing Client to locating or forming a public company for a potential business partners, introduce Client to potential merger or acquisition or merger candidates in the form of business opportunities("Target Company"), assisting in a restructuring of Client's common stock, if necessary, the issuance of new shares shares, and arranging for a public offering, and assisting Client in the preparation of agreements, documents, filings and other material necessary to effectuate the above services ("Consulting Services").

Client retains Consultant to assist Client in general business consulting, including introducing Client to potential business partners, introduce Client to potential acquisition or merger candidates which shall consist of assistance in the form of finding business opportunities, assisting assistance in a restructuring the coordinating the preparation of Client's common stockperiodic reports under the Exchange Act of 1934, if necessary, the issuance of new shares and assisting assistance in finding partners willing to assist Client in the preparation expansion of agreements, documents, filings and other material necessary to effectuate the above services ("Consulting Services")its operations.
