Engaging in Competition. (a) In the event that the Manager, its partners, employees, associates and Affiliates or any of them now or hereafter carry on activities competitive with those of the Trust or buy, sell or trade in assets and portfolio securities of the Trust or of other investment funds, none of them shall be under any liability to the Trust or to the Unitholders for so acting.
