Common use of Engine Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Engine Purchase Agreement. Lessee agrees to furnish the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee, promptly upon demand therefor, an agreement (the "Engine Purchase Agreement Assignment") assigning the rights of Lessee under the purchase agreement pursuant to which Lessee originally acquired the Engines (the "Engine Purchase Agreement") to the Owner Trustee (which rights are collaterally assigned to the Indenture Trustee), substantially in the form of the Purchase Agreement Assignment, and to use its best efforts to obtain from the Engine Manufacturer a consent and agreement in substantially the form of the Manufacturer's Consent.
