Engine Thrust and Operational Derate. No Engine may be utilized by Lessee on the Aircraft or on any other airframe (or by a sublessee pursuant to a sublease permitted by this Agreement) at a greater thrust level than the Engine Thrust without the prior written consent of Lessor; and
