Engineering and Architectural Services. For any Job Order, HISD shall always have the option, at any time before or during the course of the Work, to name an Architect/Engineer acting as an agent of HISD as the supervising architect(s) and/or engineer(s) for the Job Order, either in the Job Order or in another writing issued by HISD.
