Common use of Engineering and Other Resources Clause in Contracts

Engineering and Other Resources. FMN shall coordinate all tasks related to the integration of the FMN systems, including CLOser(R), with the Website. FMN will dedicate a minimum of one full-time person to this effort. FMN shall further provide such additional staff as are needed from time to time to work with ILSI as quickly and efficiently as reasonably possible to achieve the development and operational objectives agreed to by the parties. The parties shall work together to determine the tasks to be performed, the staffing needed and the timing of completion of the tasks.
