ENGINEERING ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT. This contract is intended to provide engineering assistance and other services by Seller to Buyer in excess of the effort included in the scope of the O&M Agreement and this Space System Contract. Such services could include the system engineering design assistance in evaluating the utility of an enhanced design for the second or replacement Space System.
