Common use of Engineer's Certifications Clause in Contracts

Engineer's Certifications. Every three (3) years after the Operation Date, Seller will supply Idaho Power with a Certification of Ongoing Operations and Maintenance (O & M) from a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Oregon, which Certification of Ongoing O & M shall be in the form specified in Appendix C. Seller’s failure to supply the required certificate will be an Event of Default. Such a Default may only be cured by Seller providing the required certificate; and
