English Guaranty Limitations. Notwithstanding any other terms of this Agreement, the Guaranty under this Section 7 does not apply to any liability of any English Credit Party to the extent that it would result in this Guaranty constituting unlawful financial assistance within the meaning of sections 678 or 679 of the Companies Act 2006.
