English Law Limitations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or the other Credit Documents, the obligations and liabilities of any Guarantor incorporated in England and Wales under Section 7.01 shall not apply to the extent that it would result in any such obligations and liabilities constituting financial assistance within the meaning of sections 678 or 679 of the Companies Act of 2006.
